ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You may return or exchange Desray Online purchases at any of our boutiques, together with your invoice/order number. Unfortunately, Online Orders can only be refunded during office hours Monday to Friday, orders returned on weekends will be processed on Monday morning.

International Orders
Unfortunately, we do not accept Returns or Exchanges on International orders.

Log a Return/Exchange Online

We charge R120 per return and R240 (R120 x 2) for exchanges. These amounts will be deducted from your refund, or in the case of an exchange, an invoice will be generated and sent to you.

You are very welcome to use your own courier to send your returns and exchanges. The address of Desray Online is:

Please note

* Products may be returned for exchange, refund or online credit within 30 days from date of purchase, provided that the merchandise is unused and is returned in its original condition.

* The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached. We will handle logistics of your exchange and will arrange collection from your door. Once your item(s) have been received by us, your desired item(s) will be delivered to you.

* If you are returning item(s) for a refund, or online credit, please note this will be processed once your item(s) have been received by us and assessed by our quality control team.

* Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.

* The following items cannot be returned: Earrings.

* Refunds processed via Payfast and Peach Payments can take between 7-10 working days to reflect in your account. This is unfortunately out of our control.

* If we accidentally deliver the wrong item to you, or if the item is not as described or is damaged, please contact us immediately (desraycares@desray.co.za) and we will arrange to collect the order from you at no charge. We will arrange to deliver the correct item to you or refund you, depending on your preference.
